Daksha Thakker LLB (Hons) LLM (Hons) Director and Solicitor and an experienced and seasoned commercial litigator.
She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 1993. Daksha has created Templetons based on her experience, background and the ethos and values with which she has approached the Law when she first started out.

Each case is seen as a personal challenge and the aim and urge is to make a difference with an aggressive and innovative approach to finding a legal resolve with all available knowledge and support using every available resource to gain a favourable result. Some cases benefit from persuasive negotiation skills, which can enable a favourable and fair settlement without going to Court. Other cases are successfully resolved by applying the extensive litigation and other legal experience such as mediation and arbitration.
